Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
